Company Background
 
Financial Support Services' staff has over 30 years experience providing professional organization and personal financial services. FSS was incorporated by the two principals in 1998 to help individuals and private foundations with their personal financial and office support needs. They recognized that in the emerging digital age there would be high premium placed on quality personal service and attention. At FSS we always put the client’s needs first and concentrate on identifying and deliering precisely the information and services they need.

Our Principals 
 
 F. Carl Schumacher,Jr. Managing Director

Skip has spent over 30 years in the financial services sector of the economy. For the past 15 years he has been employed by Bank of America’s Private Client Group, serving in all facets of the Trust business. He is well versed in all phases of the Trust and Investment business, having served as an Investment and Portfolio manager, Special Assets Department supervisor and Trust administrative officer. He has specialized in working with wealthy individuals and Foundations and other tax-exempt funds.

Mr. Shumacher holds a BA from Trinity College (CT) and an MBA from Harvard University (Small Company Management).





 Kitty Hoy Hickey Director of Client Services

Kitty brings a wealth of experience to the company, having previously worked as both an accountant/business manager and as an advisor and counselor to various groups. She specializes in solving client problems.

Ms. Hickey has a degree in accounting from Maryville University in St. Louis.

 

 

 Our Staff
 

Ms. Irene M. Allen, Account Manager 
 
Irene has served from the inception of the company as our number one Account Manager. She brings deep experience working with a variety of clients and their needs and has demonstrated flexibility in approaching problems that makes her contributions unique. She also serves as the Chief administrator of a Charitable Foundation focused on providing scholarship to inner-city students. Ms. Allen was an English major at Westminster College in Fulton, MO.
 
 

 Ms. Emily N. Beutel, Account Manager
 
Emily joined us as a support staff person and quickly moved up to Account Manager. She specializes in working with our more demanding individuals and provides a high level of personal attention and service to her growing client base. Ms. Beutel attended William Woods College in Fulton, MO, and obtained her degree in Business Management from the University of Missouri at St. Louis. Emily is taking a leave of absence. We look forward to her return in December.
 
 

Ms. Susan P. Clark, Account Manager 
 
Our most recent employee, Susan has previously served as chief administrative officer for a small publishing company in Michigan, where she provided editing expertise in addition to office supervision. Susan attended the American College in Paris, France, for 2 years and earned her BA degree in History from Webster University.
